I decided to drive the big Eagle to work today, so I can do some work to it for a car show tomorrow. About a 1/2 mile from the office, I got pulled over. I know I didn't do anything wrong and was wondering why the heck he was pulling me over. He informed me that my reverse lights were stuck on. I'm glad he let me know. I started smelling a burning electrical odor and was getting concerned. When I asked if I could take a pic, he said yes, people ask me all the time.

Smokey in a ???? All I know is that isn't a plain white wrapper. Looks like that may be the best part of his job, getting to drive a camaro. Glad the pullover wasn't because of anything major

Nice of him to let you know of the issue. I bet he is a car guy too.

He didn't ask me a single question about the car, so I couldn't say. I didn't realize my insurance card was expired and he just told me to make sure I carry my updated card.

Probably broken NSS or the harness is melted.

It's got a B&M Quick Silver and there is a micro switch in the shifter. I just hooked up the reverse lights a few days ago. I ran 12v+ through the switch. I think I will just use it to switch a relay for the back up lights.

Sure would, but it's not faster than his radio.
