would anyone like to be behind the ROTM. I wouldn't be bothered on the poll end of things, now trying to write something about the car I do not want to try, as I am not very creative.

Maybe the best thing to do would be connect a link to the Project page if the car has 1..

The Ford Festiva forum I'm on has everyone who wants to win enter as many photos as they want and the tell a brief story about their car and what things if any they've done to it. Getting running, modifying it, etc.

there would be another option, just have the owner create a write up about their car

Sounds great guys/gals, ROTM with multiple pictures and a short blip about the car is far more engaging than one lonely pic.
