That would be nice to have but I doubt mine ever looked that good. I got it a few years back for 500 bucks and drove it a little until I got the white 83 and blue 84 wagons. Had to get those going for my kids so the sx/4 went on the back burner. I've had the blue one runnin daily driver for over a year now. The white one is ready to go but occasionally loses oil pressure. I bought the brown one to help out a Nest member and I drive that one to and from work That one will be my winter ride because the blue and white ones are 98% rust free and I'd like to keep them that way. Back to the sx/4... I'm think I'd like it to look like the '79 Spirit AMX but with 4wd and a few minor modifications.

here is the only picture of one that I know of. Another person who was at the Nest may have had one as well. It was a regional model.

central Pennsylvania is all i will disclose

not much left to it though, left door has been removed, tail lamps are gone, rear markers are cracked and broken, end caps are gone. bout the only thing it has left to offer is the manual pedals that i want to grab incase I decide to make my 2 door sedan a manual

No worry I'm not gonna drive all the way from Mn just to check the front fenders :speedy:
These don't show up in my area very often and shipping costs from elsewhere are too prohibitive

sadly the fenders are rotten under the flares ..... that is one of the things I check out as soon as i find one in a yard ...... really the only things left that are worth a damned are the pedals and the axles (4 cyl car)

nope, it's at a local salvage yard that i get a call from whenever he gets anything AMC in ..... he is also pretty much a no crush yard unless it's burned or foreign

Yikes, mine was in mn for awhile before I got it, and that has done enough to where the rust will kill it. If I'm lucky, the next car is going to come in from the black hills, and I am gaining to make one out of the two. How close are you to the sioux falls area?
