I'll leave this thread open until the 24th so that some of you can get out there and get creative!

I like that idea but seeing as I don't drink I don't have any Jack Daniels lying around.

I don't drink either but I know people that do and I'm sure that anything would work..imagine putting a 40 in a bag in his hand even.. That way a prick cop can't try and get you for an open container..
Try a 1.5 liter of Soda in a brown bag.. I so want to do this to my Eagle now....

You can still get nailed for open container even if it's not alcoholic. There is a challenge to it coming up in Supreme Court here.

jim, if they are going to try to go for open container period, none alcoholic even, wow, Washington must be in DIER need of money... I say good luck with that for you guys. don't drink your lunch soda in the car!!!

so, when you get pulled over for open container when you pull out of the drive thru, can you claim 'NO STRAW INSERTED" as a way of "unopened"?? LMAO!!!! :lmao:

:lmao: Actually not funny. Imaging how dangerous that can be. Bite into a bad burger and a short time later it's trying to come back out, 1 end or the other. Had some Pizza like that. McD's does that to me also eat a meal and then my stomach is assaulting me with all sorts of bad MoJo.
