ive noticed that my eagle wagon has a rear sway bar installed, is that a rare option, or is less common on the short eagles?

Less common in the smaller Eagles.

Energy Suspension motor mounts for CJ work in Eagles too. The little nibs may need flattening out but it's pretty easy. Not sure on the swaybar.

Yes, SX4s could have the same rear sway bar as wagons. Pretty rare for both, but it is especially rare in the short cars.

The XJ rear sway bar works in an Eagle, but it isn't actually the same. The squiggle is much larger, possibly to handle more sway or more body weight. The frame mounting points and out are basically identical, however, on the bar itself. The XJ Feet and method of attachment is different, you need to rotate it 90 degrees to make room for the Eagle specific bracket that goes on top because the Eagle frame is next to the Leafs instead of directly above it like the XJ.

If I saw a factory Eagle sway bar in a junkyard I'd grab the feet portions and the angle iron mounting brackets but leave the bar itself in exchange for the XJ one because of that wider squiggle.
