I entered the Ambassador, yesterday, in the open Special Interest class (that was a mistake). Anyway, I was parked next to a home built teardrop camper which garnered a whole lot more attention than my Ambassador. Which got me thinking. When the Concord is ready to show again it is at best a survivor mom and pop car. BUT, if I built a teardrop camper to match it, then I might have something of real interest. What do you think?

Typical teardrop camper. Would do mine in matching colors and trim to complement the Concord.

That would be neat, a guy local to me has a woody wagon (40's vintage, real wood) along with a tow behind to match, looks really sweet cruising down the road and at shows. If I happen to see it, I'll have to grab a pic or two.

Now I am thinking of one for the SX/4 too. Its silhouette would lend nicely to a tear drop camper. Especially if one could source a couple extra tail light lenses.

Now that would be cool, even if it was just the side markers.

you should fabricate the rear spoiler on to it as well.

Side markers similar to the SX/4, of course. Yes, the rear spoiler would have to be included. And a door with an AMC paddle handle is required. I wonder if I can make it leak oil?

make it longer, stick in a refrigerator, cook stove, and a power inverter with it to run interior lights, you will have a usable camper that looks cool.
