A LEO friend of mine who saw the pictures on FB says its an orphan that lives in his sister in laws backyard. He says they get frequent calls about it.

The Concord has no Deer Kills to its name. It was grazing not far from the Concord.

it would have better luck in a junk yard looking at a wrecked eagle. a fixed eagle wont share many secrets.
