Brake switch works the same way but use a relay as it's not as strong.

I did see something using a relay on one of the Jeep sites, I'll go see if I can find it again. Thanks.

Pretty good day today.

Secured the wiring with solid connections and attachments.
Oil change
Replaced upper shock mount bushing that had torn away.
Replaced upper radiator hose that had a cut partway into it but was still watertight.
Found PO had gotten further taking it apart than I thought. While changing the oil filter I noticed the right side engine mount bolt was loose, the bolt was in place but no nut. Not even sure if it is the right bolt, but I put a nut and lock washer on it and it tightened up. Made sure to check the bolts on the driver's side after that.
It ran better today and was not too much of a chore to get it started. Definieltly still have an issue with the throttle bracket sticking from interference with the cruise control bracket.
Pulled it out of the garage and took everything out of it to get ready for a good cleaning.
Can't quite get the rear seat base out, right side popped off the bracket easily, but the left side is not yet.
The carpet is not too bad if it will clean well. Driver's seat is starting to lose the cover on the base section.
