Since I'm having a hell of a time finding the rear marker lights for my SX4, especially ones that aren't destroyed, I've decided to just remake them. I just pulled my second one out of the mold and it looks damn good. I will post some photos once I get it cleaned up and paint the silver on it.

Here is the first one I made; this one was full of air bubbles and the color was a bit off.

If you could find a red bulb to use that'd be even easier than trying to make the lenses themselves red. However, I like the look of the red lens anyway.

Put me down for 2 if you can get them cheap enough. Though I don't think I have the light holding side.

You could also make them clear and just spray them with a couple coats of red lens paint: http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/120937049528?lpid=82

Looks really good for the first try. If this doesn't work, reproduction lenses are available from Kennedy American.

I just ordered a can of that stuff, it'd certainly be a lot easier to cast them clear then just spray them.

Haha.. I'll pass on paying the $200 just to replace two lights. Is the item that they sell as the "marker lamp socket" item number TL428, the backing to the lens? If that's the case then I may have to just buy the backs instead of remaking them.

If it's a 194, they are available in red, amber, blue, green and UV as well as LED.
