Spotted at yesterday's Sturgis Falls (Cedar Falls, IA) car show this 1965 Rambler Classic with at 287 V8. Very nice car. There were 5 AMC products at the show, scattered about in 4 different classes. The only one to win a trophy was the 1970 Rebel Machine. Also present was '74 Hornet Hatchback Coupe; a '67 American (Ford powered) and my Ambassador. My son-in-law took a lot of pictures so hopefully he will get the rest of the AMC's on here.

Nice. As much as I'm a FORD man, I STILL have to ask, WHY? Nothing wrong with AMC. Why I wanted an AMC 360, not a 351 in my AMC Eagle. I prefer to stick with the same manufacturer. Just makes sense to me.

The engine in the Classic in an AMC 287. AMC used to use different colors for different engines. This one should be painted "Forum Blue" which is a Blue/Green color. This one appears to be closer to a Ford Blue.
