Will drive it there and hopefully get things off of it. Posted over on http://www.kcjeepclub.org hoping to get a couple hands to assist.
Think I can get it down to nothing in a day and then scrap the rest..

I've been trying to catch up to people around Seattle area with a 21 spline AW4 for $100. The one in my Comanche has come back to life twice now and probably won't again (even though I still treat it like a 3/4 ton and not a 1 ton truck)

Are you saying you need 1?

I do need one. Too cold to yank one from the junkyard, but they are only $75-100 (I know. I'm getting old)

I lost a LOT of time the past few years or one of my Jtrucks would be rolling. my '84 J10 has one ton axles under it, but 40" tires make it too tall to be useful as a hauler. The Honcho will have to be sold and get myself another J20 or J4000 I guess.

Looks like I'll be getting $200 and a rear Chrysler 8.25 with 3.08 gears for both 3.55 axles.

Not until next weekend I'm thinking. Really depends on what help I can get together..

Looks like the Jeep won't be headed out until Jan 13th. The guy wants to but the Axles and is going to help me coordinate a group to strip it. I won't be getting his axles but will be getting an axle with a new carrier and 3.08 axles now it appears. Not sure how the time for all this yet really.
