Not the prettiest belle at the ball, but I think we'll get along alright. Picked her up for $450, had a $200 tow to the ferry, then $45 for the boat ride home, all told $700 for a rumpled pavement princess (literally). Needs an inspection due to the fender bender, but that's ok, it kind forces me to actually get the little things fixed that I really should anyway. And, bonus, buddy says there's a same colour XJ in a local junk yard, so I may head over on the weekend with him to see what we can pull.

Hoping this link works, if not I'll stop being lazy add post 'em proper

If it ain't new it's near enough. Gal that owned it didn't even like taking it on a dirt road, so it's literally spent all its life being babied. Her folks bought it in 98, she bought it from them in '06, & it's been regularly maintained at the same shop since 98. No rot, no rust that I've found yet (nor signs there of), & yes, it's getting a lift, if only so even my scrawny waif of an ass can get under that fucking thing! :lmao:

It'll never be near as wicked cool as my poor ol' Eagle was, though.

And I realize the cab needs a damn good cleaning, but gods damn it does NOT smell right in there! o_O I'm used to it smelling like burnt & burning motor oil, atf, & exhaust fumes, with a hint of rust.

that's good its at least a clean one. too bad the eagle is just about done, never have seen an eagle with a sas swap around here, eagles don't show up that often either, but when they do, the tend to show up in flocks occasionally, just like j trucks,

That's the good one. I did not care for the NP 231.

Nice! Those are said to be much nicer in the winter due to dry pavement capability. Remember, if you don't already know.
Full time = any surface use all the time.
Part time = loose, or slippery conditions only, or Part of the time.
