It's fairly easy, however it may be hard to get to. Step 1 block the wheels so yo don't run yourself over. You can't do it from in the car, you have to get under it. Look up, next to the back of the transmission where the shifter comes out of the floor. There will be a rod that goes from the left side of the transmission to the shifter. There is a bolt that is holding the rod to the shifter. You need to loosen the bolt just a little so that the rod can move. Pull the rod so that the gear selector on the transmission is all the way in Park. Check this by trying to rotate the drive shaft. Direction doesn't matter. Then make sure the shifter is all the way locked in the Park location. Then tighten the bolt.

got it fixed thanks everyone for the help. now next thing is get insurance back on it an get it inspected an then drive it again. Then get the 82 Porsche 924 on the road an then get stuff done to both cars.

yea thanks I plan to get insurance on it an get it inspected then get other car on road an then fix everything else that needs done to eagle. Going to be alot of stuff getting replaced on both cars this year.
