There was a dusting here along the Front Range of Colorado last night. It was enough to make the side streets a bit dicey, but the traffic on the main streets and freeways kept them clear. After a mostly sunny Sunday there's an inch or so in the forecast for tonight. We shall see...:eagle:

Ours came and went last week in about 8 hours. Back to rain for now.

Here's my cabin (got 6" more than this then the rain started)

The first story from KOMO4 on the slide on our road/driveway:

INDEX, Wash. - A mudslide across a remote rural roadway has closed off access to homes in an area south of Index, the Snohomish County Sheriff's Office reports.

The mudslide was reported at about midnight Tuesday between the 50300 and 51500 blocks of the Mt. Index River Road. The slide blocked the road and knocked out power to some residents in the area.

All power was restored by 7 a.m., but the roadway remains blocked by debris from the slide. Emergency crews are at the scene. No injuries were reported.

The Snohomish County Sheriff's Office reports that residents in the area are "resilient" and "prepared for this kind of situation."

It's just cold here right now, maybe putting the snow tires on the eagle jinxed me :( they are talking snow for tomorrow though, I might get a chance to mock some pickups and jeeps yet. Supprisingly there are quite a few xjs around. Now if I could only find out where they go to die...

Got about 8 inches here in NJ. Too bad my Eagle is not running right now otherwise I would have loved to drive it through the snow so I could see just how good these birds are.

Likewise. I'm in PA and we got about 8 inches last night. Of course it would come while the Eagle is sitting outside without a hood on it..

Ahahaha, I'm in the same boat here in PA. My Eagle's in the garage with the engine out and none of our cars could make it up the steep driveway last night. I'm jumping out of my skin wishing it was done, but I gotta wait on parts

Kammy is sitting in the garage as well full of rust. My red van is white because of all the salt they put on the roads
So I agree. I'm glad I can't drive my eagle currently. though I don't have 6 inches of snow here either..

It hasn't stopped snowing here. every other day, it snows. and we've broken a couple of records for cold (two days got 'Coldest place on earth') and record snow falls/accumulation (I think) for December.
