i was at work one day when a customer came thru our drive-thru and asked if i was the one that owned the silver eagle in the parking lot. i told him yeah it's mine. he procedes to tell me he has one that he is looking to sell. i ask him about it and he tells me it's a station wagon and that it doesn't run. so i ask him if i can take a look at it. he says sure. so go expecting a beat to hell car that needs a lot of work, but instead i find it is a very nice looking wagon that has been sitting forgoten for 10 years ion a garage so $500 later i have me a second Eagle.

well I got me some new rims for Survivor yesterday but they need a real good cleaning with a wire wheel before I attempt to put the new tires I have for her on them. that and get the new motor swapped in but I have to get my trailer cleared off first so I can get my racecar on it instead of sitting in the garage taking up the space I need for the engine swap.

I was just checking out the pics again on the trailer. please tell me you didn't haul the car any more than 5 miles or so at speeds no more than 35 or so with it strapped like that? that's bad juju. 2 straps in the back to the side rails, and I see nothing on the front. I don't like seeing people haul like that.

actually there is a come-along on the front but you can't see it. and I was behind it the whole time In Eagle Eyes keeping a very watchful eye on it.
